Andrea Batticani
Chairman
Born in Bronte (CT) where he has completed his high school, including an exchange program at Druid High School of Atlanta US, he moves to Rome where he obtained a Double Degree in Economics and Business at the LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome and Utrecht School of Economics. He has a wide professional experience, he has worked as Internal Auditor helping the governance of SMEs all over Italy in his family’ s Auditing Firm, he has co-founded Sicily Startup Scene a group of young entrepreneurs that exchange ideas about innovative web-projects, he works as Sales Person at Marullo Spa, a company specialized in Biological Italian Food. He is currently doing a master degree in Innovation & Technology Management. His passion is connecting people, discover new things and places, play music and eat Sicilian food.
Bartolomeo De Vitis
Chief Executive Officer
Born in Rome, at the age of 7 he moves to Adelaide, AUS, and five years later to Abu Dhabi, UAE, where he obtains the High School Diploma. In 2007 he joins the LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome where he completes, Cum Laude, his Double Bachelor Degree in Economics and Business conjointly with the Utrecht School of Economics. He is currently enrolled in the master degree in General Management - Finance, at LUISS. His passions are scuba-diving, engineering and sailing.
Alberto Loddo
Human Resources Manager
Born in Milan, Alberto completed his high school in Reggio Calabria, inclusive of an exchange program of one year at the East high school in Madison, US. In 2007 he moves to Rome where he starts the Double Bachelor Degree in Economics and Business at the LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome and Utrecht School of Economics, which he completes, Cum Laude, in 2010. He has been a Service Manager in his Resort & Restaurant “Torre Galli” in Calabria (Italy).
Pier Carlo Casciola
Counselor to the Board
Born in Terni, Pier Carlo completed his high school in 2007 and joined the Double Bachelor Degree in Economics and Business at LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome and Utrecht School of Economics, which he completed in 2010. He has worked as an Employment Consultant in Terni. He is currently attending a master in Finance. His passion is to play soccer and he is a professional, he loves to surf and playing cards.
Irene Pappone
Senior Associate
Born in Naples in 1989 she graduates in Economics and Finance at the LUISS Guido Carli of Rome, Italy. She is eager to learn and willing to challenge herself with the most diverse set of experiences. She has been awarded with the Scholarship of Excellence by the Italian Ministry of Education and attended an exchange program in Finance at British Columbia, Canada. Her passion is to play piano and go sailing.

Born in Rome in 1985, having completed the Bachelor Degree course in Economics and Management at the LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome she moves on to have significant professional experiences in the marketing and communications sector, working for SKY Italia, Radio Radicale and Settimanale A. In 2009 she co-founded Dillinger.it in which she is still currently employed.
Giulio Tartaglia

Born in Rome where he has completed his high school at St.Stephen’s School, he moves to the UK where he obtained a BA in Economics at the University of Leicester, writing a dissertation on the Laffer Curve and the Velocity of Money.He is now completing a Master Degree in International Business at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome. He has a strong professional experience, having worked as a competition analist for Agorà SGR, as translator for the FNSI, and as Marketing Assistant for the LUISS Press Office. About to become MP assistant, his passions range from macro-systemic analysis, to the discovery and implementation of youthful ideas.
