Union Carnival; Client: Ass., (Sheffield, UK)

Description: Analysis of the event ”End of the Year Carnival”  organized by an association of students and professors of the University of Sheffield. The event did not have the expected success, generating losses for our client.Emdea delivered a report of the collected data in order to understand the reason of the failure.The results were reported in a “Marketing Review” and an “Executive Summary”of 2400 words.

Digital Cinema Project; Client: (Confidenziale) s.r.l. (Vicenza, Italy)

Description: The project consisted in writing a “Business Plan” regarding the startup of a new firm in the digital cinema industry. The research conducted had the aim of exploiting business opportunities in this sector, listing the number of digital cinemas and distributors of digital films in Italy. Emdea delivered a “Business Plan”  in Italian of 3000 words.

Promoting Mobility; Client: Exmovere Inc. (McLean, Virginia, USA)

Description: The project was required by a United States firm that produces automatized prosthesis.Emdea delivered a triple business plan for potential franchisee in three different cities of United States, representing the format of the franchising.

Client Research; Client: (Confidenziale) Gmbh, (Weissenhorn, Germany)

Description: The client own an industrial waste factory and buys and sells waste. Emdea delivered a report containing potential clients contacts

Financing Pistachios; Client: Marullo Spa (Catania, Italia)

Description: The client decided to undertake two investment projects, one the purchase of a piece of land for the cultivation of Pistachios and the other the opening of a plant in Turkey. Emdea delivered a business plan that analyzed both projects with the aim of getting a loan of 800.000€ which was granted.

MkC: The Make-Up Company; Client: (Confidenziale) S.r.l. (Roma, Italia)

Description: The client, after a stage at MKC make-up company of Holliwood decided to open a business in franchising selling MKC beauty products in Rome. Emdea delivered a business plan to analyze the consistency of the project in order to show to the mother company the profitability of the business. The client was awarded with the permission of opening the store in Rome and to become the national distributors of MKC beauty products.
